Ujaye Terms of Service

Welcome to ujaye.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Ujaye app discovery platform and its related services (the â€œServiceâ€). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Ujaye may modify the Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page and, when feasible, communicated via the Site. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your consent to the revised Terms. If you disagree with any updates, you must stop using the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

All Site Content, including but not limited to design, text, logos, graphics, and underlying source code, is owned by Ujaye or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Site Content for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with the Service. Any other use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works requires prior written permission from Ujaye or the respective rights holder. Trademarks and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of their owners. You may not use Ujayeâ€™s marks in a manner likely to cause confusion without explicit permission.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

The Service functions as an app discovery directory. Listings within the Service link to apps that are hosted on Google Play or other third-party platforms. Ujaye does not host, curate, certify, verify, or control the content or availability of these apps. When you select an app listing, you will be redirected to Google Play (or the applicable platform) to view details, download, or install. Google Playâ€™s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the use of those apps. Ujaye disclaims responsibility for any issues arising from third-party apps, including safety, functionality, or in-app purchases. Your use of third-party apps is at your own risk, and any rights or claims you may have with respect to those apps are against the respective third-party providers, not Ujaye.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED â€œAS ISâ€ AND â€œAS AVAILABLE.â€ Ujaye and its affiliates, employees, and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. Ujaye does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party content or app listings. IN NO EVENT SHALL Ujaye BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or actions that could harm Ujaye or other users. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers of liability, and limitations of liability shall survive termination as applicable.
